FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to valve engineering, in particular, to fittings installed on various lines, pipelines and other communications and can be used in gas, chemical and power industry. Electromagnetic valve comprises housing, bolt group, electromagnet with movable armature and spring. Valve comprises a long-stroke electromagnet with constant traction force on the working stroke, installed outside the zone of thermal influence of the medium and containing a coil, an armature arranged with the possibility of being pulled into the coil under action of an electromagnetic field, a diamagnetic sleeve, in which the armature moves, and a spring placed in the sleeve. Diamagnetic sleeve on the outer side comprises a ferromagnetic collar, and on the other side – inside the sleeve a ferromagnetic pole is installed, at that, ferromagnetic shunt is arranged on ferrule pole outer side on ferromagnetic pole fitting side, while gate is composed of sharp-edged cylinder to shut off valve seat. Note that gate seal is unloaded from medium pressure.
EFFECT: simplification of valve design at simultaneous increase of its service life and improvement of reliability.
