FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to aqueous pesticide compositions. Water-soluble metalaxyl compound contains metalaxyl-M 0.2–5.0 wt. %, at least one organic pesticide compound PC1, which has solubility in water of not more than 1 g/l at 20 °C and melting point in range from 40 to 100°C, 0.2–15.0 wt. % and an aqueous phase which contains at least 50 wt. % water based on the total weight of the combined composition and at least one surfactant, where at least one organic pesticide compound PC1 is present in the form of particles suspended in the aqueous phase and where at least 95 % metalaxyl is present in the aqueous composition dissolved in the aqueous phase, and where surfactant contains 0.2–10.0 wt. %, based on total weight of co-composition, at least one salt of oligomer or polymer with multiple arylsulfonyl groups and the total amount of surfactant is 0.5–20.0 wt. %, based on the total weight of the co-composition. Invention also discloses a method of producing such a composition, which includes the following steps: a) obtaining a metal-oxide suspension in an aqueous phase containing water, at least one surfactant which contains at least one salt of an oligomer or polymer, having a plurality of arylsulphonyl groups, b) treating the suspension until metalaxyl is substantially soluble to obtain an aqueous metalaxyl composition in which metalaxyl is present in a dissolved form; c) mixing the aqueous metalaxyl composition obtained at step b) with an aqueous suspension of an additional organic pesticidal compound PC1.

EFFECT: disclosed composition contains a high amount of dissolved metal oxide, has improved stability during storage.
