FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Disclosed is a device for drying grain, comprising a cylindrical casing, a loading hopper, an unloading window, coaxially installed inside the housing with possibility of rotation transporting working element, heating elements, as well as a fan and an air duct. Conveying working element is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, on the surface of which parallel to the generatrix at equal distance from each other and radially there are located ribs, the height of which is equal to the maximum size of grain. Loading hopper is installed on entire length of transporting working element and shifted in casing cross-section relative to its upper part in direction opposite to direction of rotation of transporting working element. Discharge opening is offset relative to lower part of casing in direction of rotation of transporting working element. Heating elements are installed on inner surface of transporting working element. Air duct is installed on the casing side wall and is directed into the space between the casing and the transporting working element. Casing side wall opposite to air duct is perforated.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement in grain drying.
