FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, particularly to grain drying devices. Device for drying grain comprises cylindrical casing (1), coated with layer of heat-insulating material (2), loading hopper (3), unloading opening (4), coaxially installed inside casing with possibility of rotation transporting working element (5), heating elements (7), as well as fan (8) and air duct (9). Transporting working element is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, on the surface of which ribs (6) are arranged parallel to the generatrix at equal distance from each other and radially, and is equipped with drive (11). Height of the ribs of the transporting working element is equal to the maximum grain size. Loading hopper is installed on entire length of transporting working element and shifted in casing cross-section relative to its upper part in direction opposite to direction of rotation of transporting working element. Unloading opening is offset relative to lower part of casing in direction of rotation of transporting working element. Heating elements are installed on inner surface of transporting working element and are coated with layer of heat-insulating material (10). Air duct is installed on the casing side wall and is directed into the space between the casing and the transporting working element. Casing side wall opposite to air duct is perforated.
EFFECT: disclosed device for grain drying provides uniform grain heating, moisture removal and higher quality of grain drying.
