SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fasteners. Structure for installation of a power converter in a vehicle includes a converter housing including legs connected to the converter housing and passing downwards, and a traction motor housing. Feet are made integral with transducer case. Lower ends of the legs are attached to the upper section of the motor housing with a gap provided between the motor housing and the lower surface of the converter housing. At least one of the legs has a weakened section which can be broken or deformed before breakage of fixed sections between the legs and the motor housing when a destructive load is applied to the housing of the converter.
EFFECT: preventing breakdown of motor housing.
