SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical equipment. Complex for synchronous registration of patient's physiological parameters and its position in three-dimensional space with dynamic postural effects comprises a mechanic table with a bed, a means of fixing a patient thereon, computer for controlling movement of a mechanurgical table, a hardware-software complex for recording patient's physiological parameters and position in space, a unit of an accelerometer and a bed inclination angle control, which output is connected to electrocardiosignal preprocessing unit and patient's position data in space and bed inclination angle, an electrocardiosignal amplifier unit with sensors connected to a pre-processing unit for electrocardiosignal and patient's position in space and a bed inclination angle associated with a data transmission unit over a radio link, a patient's physiological state control unit and making a decision on automatic stop or termination of postural actions, including: also a unit for receiving a radio channel signal, the output of which is connected to a unit for analyzing and forming the patient's current physiological parameters, the first output of which is connected to the computer for displaying the results of the study, second is to patient's parameters storage unit containing dynamic base of individual patient's state data during postural actions and base of standard physiological parameters, and to decision block on automatic termination of postural actions, which is connected to a control signal generating unit, which generates control signals for stopping a mechanurgical table and is configured to return the bed to the initial horizontal position and terminate postural actions.

EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention consists in improvement of postural effects efficiency.
