FIELD: psychophysiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to preventive medicine, rehabilitation, sports medicine and physiology, and can be used in disorders of a functional state, for example, a cardiovascular system. To do this, the cardiorhythmogram is recorded and the frequency component of the heart rate is extracted from it in the range of respiratory rhythms with a period of 4–12 seconds, used for biological feedback sessions. Correction of the state is carried out by means of postural influences of an oscillatory nature, which determine the rhythm of breathing. In this case: patient breathes in when turntable moving on which the patient is located, upwards towards the orthostatic position of the patient's body, exhalation – while turntable moving down towards the antiorthostatic position of the patient's body. Or the patient breathes in when turntable moving towards the antiorthostatic position, exhaling – while turntable moving toward the orthostatic position. Or the patient breathes in when turntable moving from horizontal to the side of orthostatic position, exhalation – when the rotary table moves from orthostatic to horizontal position. Or the patient breathes in when moving the rotary table from orthostatic to horizontal position, exhalation – when the turntable moves from horizontal to orthostatic position. Or the patient breathes in when moving the rotary table from the antiortostatic to the horizontal position, exhaling – from the horizontal towards the antiorthostatic position. Or the patient breathes in when turntable moving from horizontal to the side of the antiorthostatic position, exhalation – during the movement of the turntable from the antiortostatic to the horizontal position. Effects are carried out both individually and in their combinations. At a fixed angular velocity of the turntable, the angle of its tilt to the horizon varies depending on the period of oscillation of the turntable, at a fixed angle, the angular velocity changes.
EFFECT: method provides effective cardiorespiratory training due to multitude of variants of biological feedback signals, realized with the help of a turntable, which allows to carry out oscillatory postural effects of ortho and antiorthostatic character.
