FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes high-temperature piezoelectric ceramic material based on lithium metaniobate, which includes LiNbO3 and additive A2+TiO3, where A2+ – Cu, Ni, Co and composition corresponds to formula (1-x)LiNbO3-xA2+TiO3, wherein x=0.005–0.030.
EFFECT: high mechanical strength at compression up to 300 MPa, low sintering temperature to 960–990 °C while maintaining low dielectric permeability ε33T/ε0=50–53, sufficiently high piezoelectric modulus d33=9,8–11,90 pC/N and high speed of sound VR=4,795–5,462 km/s.
