FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piezoelectric engineering and can be used to create high-frequency piezoelectric transducers operating in a wide temperature range of 20–800 °C and mechanical loads of up to 150 MPa. Material has the following composition, wt% LiNbO3 95.9–96.5, CaO 0.02–0.04, Li2O 0.67–0.87, B2O3 0.88–1.18, SiO2 1.34–1.72, TiO2 0.39–0.49.
EFFECT: high stability of piezoelectric modulus d33 in pressure interval up to 150 MPa, reduction of tgδ, higher mechanical strength.
