FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for diagnosis, remote stereotactic radiosurgery and radiotherapy of any human organs using the principles of tomotherapy. Multifunctional complex for diagnosing, remote stereotactic radiosurgery and radiotherapy comprises an annular tripod installed with possibility of rotation on ±360° relative to table longitudinal axis for patient accommodation, installed with possibility of movement relative to isocenter coinciding with geometrical center of annular tripod, arranged on tripod radiation head with radiation source, multiline collimator, ionizing radiation counterweights, computer tomograph, installed so that common axis of its emitter and receiver is made perpendicular to common axis of radiation source and ionizing radiation counter-absorber, and control system, wherein the radiation source is in form of one highly active gamma radiation source based on the Co-60 radionuclide, the multiline collimator is in the form of thin plates, for example, from tungsten and with thickness of 1 mm, with possibility of conformal display of tumor contour during therapy, and the gamma-radiation intensity controller is installed between the high-activity gamma-radiation source and the multi-petal collimator and is made in the form of a housing in which two drums are installed coaxially and with the possibility of rotation, two wedges are made on the surface of each of which there is a wedge in the form of a spiral.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher accuracy of precision operation in stereotactic mode with possibility of diagnosing and treating a patient on one complex with creation of required conformity of the gamma radiation beam.
