FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, devices used in radiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: the device has a radiation unit including external and internal aligned protective units made in the form of segments of a ball and a medicinal table with three degrees of freedom of movement of the table plate. The external protective unit has ionizing radiation sources positioned on the generating line of its inner spherical surface, it is made movable with a vertical or horizontal axis of rotation passing through the center of the spherical surface. The internal protective unit with collimating holes located coaxially with the radiation sources so that the collimated beams of radiation meet in the isocenter is made movable relative the external protective unit with the axis of rotation coinciding with the axis of rotation of this unit. The protective units are made of materials with high radiation absorbing properties, for example, tungsten or depleted uranium. The protective units with the frame and electric drives make up a monoblock unit. The table plate of the medicinal table is provided with a window. The medicinal table has devices for indication of the co-ordinates of vertical, longitudinal and lateral displacement of the window center relative to the isocenter of the radiation unit. EFFECT: enhanced therapeutic efficiency, degree of automation of the procedures of preparation and conducting of irradiation, expanded functional potentialities of the device. 3 dwg
