SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing information on alarm signals. To this end: a virtualized network function manager (VNFM) receives information on virtual machine (VM) alarms, transmitted in form of a report by a virtualized infrastructure (VIM) manager, where information on VM alarms comprises a third object identifier; VNFM generates a first alarm message in accordance with VM alarm information, where the first alarm message contains the first alarm association information and first alarm association information comprises at least one of: a first object identifier and a given association between object identifiers; and VNFM transmits first alarm message to element control system (EMS), where the first alarm message is used by EMS to perform a correlation analysis of the first and second alarm messages sent by the network function manager (VNF) as a response.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of operation and maintenance costs in network implementing said processing.
