FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for painting surfaces of enclosures and can be used for spraying paints, varnishes, primers, solvents in construction and municipal industries. Spraying system for painting surfaces includes tank for paint materials, flexible hose for compressed air supply from compressor. Spraying system further comprises a spray chamber formed by two box-type symmetrically disposed screens interconnected by a hinge with a cross bar for hanging the chamber on a boom of a mobile load-lifting vehicle. Spraying chamber with metal pipelines and flexible hoses arranged on outer surface is made of bearing walls with rigidly fixed on their inner surfaces of side walls and partitions dividing the chamber into two sections – "dry" and "wet". In the lower part of the screens there installed are box-type accumulators in the form of trays with nozzles equipped with valves for discharge of the deposited paint-and-lacquer material. Accumulators are fixed by means of a threaded connection on internal load-carrying walls of screens with possibility to adjust accumulators in height. Flexible hose facilitates free movement of accumulators relative to screens. In the "dry" compartment for screens separation a single-action hydraulic cylinder is installed, it is pivotally connected to the brackets rigidly fixed on bearing walls of screens, and with a flexible hose of the hydraulic drive. In the "wet" compartment on the inner surface of the screens and accumulators, there are sprayers which are connected to metal pipelines and flexible hoses intended for supplying paint sprayers to the sprayers from the container and compressed air from the compressor. Container with lacquer coating material, compressor and hydraulic drive of working fluid supply to hydraulic cylinder are arranged on mobile hoisting vehicle.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying system operation during enclosure painting.
