FIELD: fences painting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for painting surfaces of fences. The effect is achieved by a spray system for painting fence surfaces, which includes a container for paints and varnishes, a compressor and a spray chamber formed by two hinged symmetrically arranged box-type screens, divided into "dry" and "wet" compartments. In the lower part of the screens, there are box-type accumulators for the deposited paintwork material in the form of trays with fittings. In the "dry" compartment, a single-acting hydraulic cylinder is installed, articulated with screens with the possibility of diluting them, and in the "wet" compartment there are sprayers connected by means of metal pipelines and flexible hoses to a container for paints and varnishes and a compressor placed on a mobile lifting vehicle. Moreover, the spray system is equipped with a traverse for hanging the spray chamber on the boom of a mobile load-lifting vehicle and a protection system against lateral displacement of the spray chamber located on the outer end surfaces of the screens, providing a guaranteed gap between the screens of the chamber and the fence. At the same time, support wheels are installed on the outer walls of the accumulators with the possibility of adjusting the height of the spray chamber. The system of protection against lateral displacement of the spray chamber is made in the form of spring-loaded rollers resting on the side surfaces of the fence shelf and installed in the corner brackets, symmetrically fixed in pairs in the vertical grooves of the ends of the screens.

EFFECT: invention increases the productivity and operational reliability of the spray system.
