FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of non-autoclave hardening heat-insulating foam concrete. Crude mixture for producing non-autoclave foam concrete contains the following, wt%: portland cement 35–45, HPP fly ash of percentage concentration of SiO2 60.7 % 20–27, a protein-based foaming additive 0.05–0.2, a mineral dispersed calcium-silicate-containing or calcium-magnesium-silicate-containing rock – wollastonite or diopside with specific surface area of 100 m2/kg 0.1–0.7, water – balance.
EFFECT: high stability of the foam structure, high crack resistance, low coefficient of heat conductivity and shrinkage deformations of non-autoclave foam concrete.
