FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: production of foam concrete and can be used in production of construction materials for industrial and civil construction, in particular for production of structural elements of buildings: slabs and blocks for various purposes and heat-insulating elements, as well as in the technology of monolithic housing construction. The moulding mixture for preparation of foam concrete includes, wt.%: Portland cement – 15-50, sand – 5-70, a stabilized mixture of surfactants foamed with argon – 1.2-5.0, water – balance, with argon consumption for foaming the blowing agent at the rate of 1 m3 of the gas per the specified volume of the technical foam. The surfactant is a mixture of synthetic surfactants stabilized with liquid glass in the following ratio, wt.%: Surfactant – 2-8, liquid glass – 10-90, water – balance. Surfactants are protein surfactants stabilized with iron sulphate in the following ratio, wt.%: protein surfactants – 0.5-1.0, iron sulphate – 15-30, water – balance.
EFFECT: production of non-autoclave-cured foam concrete with high compressive strength and low thermal conductivity.
