SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), in which R denotes C (O) -R1; R1 is a linear alkyl chain containing from 2 to 5 carbon atoms; and R' means a linear alkyl chain containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or phenyl; wherein substituents R1 and R' are not identical. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds of formula (I), having glucocorticoid receptor (GR) modulator properties, which can be used as an antitumour agent.
