FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drilling equipment and is designed for completion and current and capital repairs of oil and gas wells. The unit consists of a self-propelled transport vehicle and of a frame with equipment mounted thereon, including a hoist, a hoist drive transmission, a distributing reduction gear, a telescopic mast with a crown block and a rotor. The frame corresponds to a welded structure out of structural stock on space fillers; the frame is rigidly fixed to frame girders of the self-propelled transport vehicle with ladders. The upper plane of the frame is covered with sheets of corrugated steel; the distributing reduction gear is rigidly installed in the central part of the frame and contains a spline shaft driven into rotation with roller bearings; a torque limiting clutch is assembled on one end the spline shaft; the clutch limits hoisting capacity of the unit; a driven shaft of the distributing reduction gear is mounted on conic roller bearings; on one end of the driven shaft there is a flange for coupling a driveline; also the case of the distributing reduction gear is made detachable and is equipped with a cover for an inspection hole and with a drainage hole. The hoist is also furnished with a welded bed out of sheet steel and channel bar; supporting elements of the telescopic mast are assembled on the bed; the mast consists of two welded sections made out of pipes. The unit is additionally equipped with a facility for emergency shutdown of the engine; this facility is installed into an air supply system of the engine of the self-propelled transport vehicle.

EFFECT: there is facilitated simplification of unit structure and its increased process safety at maintaining its functionality.
