SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions refers to medicine and represents a composition for preparing an acid-mineral composition for preparing an enteral solution for lavage of the gastrointestinal tract and/or correction of homeostasis disorders, including sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium sulphate, as well as a salt selected from sodium phosphate mono- or di- or trisubstituted, potassium phosphate mono- or disubstituted, sodium acetate, taken in an amount which provides mineralization of the enteral solution from 10.7 g to 14.0 g per 1 l, Na2EDTA or NaDTPA in an amount which prevents formation of insoluble calcium and magnesium salts in the solution, as well as carboxylic acids selected from milk, oil, propionic and citric acids, taken in total amount sufficient to maintain the pH of the solution in range of 4.61–5.8, and the enteral solution for lavage of the gastrointestinal tract and/or correction disturbances of homeostasis, including an acid-mineral composition obtained from components of the declared composition, and drinking purified water, wherein purified water is contained in an amount which provides solution osmolarity in range of 280–310 mOsm/l.

EFFECT: use of the declared group of inventions provides a long storage life of the solution and preservation of its properties when heated, the solution provides preventing edema following intestinal lavage, helps to reduce the duration of gastrointestinal mucosa regeneration in case of its injuries and inflammation, to reduce the frequency of extraintestinal complications associated with high permeability of the intestinal barrier.
