SUBSTANCE: claimed foodstuff contains 20.40-22.20 mass % of milk protein concentrate, obtained ultra- and diafiltration; 7.34-8.08 mass % of soy oil; 3.67-4.04 mass % of coconut oil; 3.67-4.04 mass % of palm oil; 47.5-54.2 mass % of maltodextrin; 5.4-8.75 mass % of sugar sand; 2.3-3.60 mass % of mineral substances; 0.16-0.31 mass % of vitamins; and water, wherein mass ration of soy, coconut and palm oils is 2:1:1, respectively, and mass ration of maltodextrin and sugar sand is 6:1-9:1 respectively.

EFFECT: foodstuff of increased nutrient and biological value.
