FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular to the production of spiral active elements of the stators of the instantaneous magnetoelectric engines, from which the creation of the increased value of the developed torque with the limited engine volume is required. Proposed method consists in successive formation of layers with preset configuration of materials with different electrical conductivity on rotary sleeve made from material with high heat conductivity. Layers are formed by sequential application of fine particles of electroconductive and electrically insulating heat-conducting materials by gas-dynamic and plasma spraying respectively.
EFFECT: wider range of methods for making spiral active elements of stators of torque motors with simultaneous exclusion of damages of electric circuit and high heat transfer from spiral active element of stator on engine housing.
