SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport systems, in particular to ferry crossings. Integrated cargo-and-passenger ferry crossing with water-wheel drive comprises steam, water wheel, load-carrying and traction ropes. Water wheel consists of horizontal disc installed on vertical axis rigidly fixed on water flow bottom, vertical rotating blades hinged to disc, deflecting device made in form of sliding strip installed on ends of posts fixed at bottom of water flow under half of wheel on side of shore with possibility of deflecting blades to horizontal position. Traction rope is connected by flexible gearing with water wheel and clamping devices with ferry. Water wheel has control device and is connected by flexible gearing with suspended passenger ropeway, including control device.

EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to provide for passengers and cargo crossing in remote areas without use of internal combustion engines, without power supply from power transmission line or electric generators.
