FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital holography techniques, namely quantitative phase microscopy, and is intended for measuring spectral dependence of spatial distribution of phase delay introduced by an optically transparent object into a light wave. Method of recording a multispectral digital holographic image involves: generating a collimated light beam of broadband radiation, spectral filtration thereof with an acousto-optic filter operating in a polychromatic mode, with simultaneous linear polarization, passing it through a two-beam interferometer, in one of arms of which the analyzed object is located, converting the wave fronts from the interferometer arms to form an interference pattern, registration of an interference pattern by a radiation matrix receiver, with a mosaic raster.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of simultaneous recording of multiple digital holographic images in narrow spectral intervals within a wide range without spectral tuning.
