FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining optical three-dimensional and spectral images of microlenses includes collimating wideband optical radiation of a source, splitting into two beams - a reference beam and an objective beam, forming an interference pattern by converging said beams and recording said interference pattern with a detector array. The method further includes filtering by tunable spectral acousto-optical monochromator. The narrow-band spectral image of an object is recorded while the reference beam is blocked by a removable opaque absorber.
EFFECT: implementing full-field optical coherence tomography mode and spectral image recording mode in arbitrary spectral intervals.
