SUBSTANCE: invention relates to frequency synthesizer with broadband modulation in radio transmitting devices. In said synthesizer there are: a reference oscillator (RO), a divider with a fixed division coefficient (DFDC), a frequency-phase detector (FPD), low-pass filter (LPF), switch, voltage-controlled generator, divider with variable division factor (DVDF), control unit (CU), digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). Besides, additionally introduced to them are operational amplifier (OA) and noise generator (NG).

EFFECT: achieving linearization of the transfer function of a voltage-controlled generator when generating broadband signals and eliminating the effect of input resistance of the analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) on leakage currents in the control circuit in a pulse-phase automatic frequency control (PPAFC) system.
