SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and concerns treating cerebral circulation disorders and recovering lost brain functions. That is ensured by introducing a peptide-protein complex obtained from animal brain tissue by a method which ensures high concentration of protein molecules and peptides with molecular weight of not more than 200,000 daltons in the obtained complex.
EFFECT: developed method of obtaining peptide-protein complex provides its high neuroprotective and neuroregenerative properties, which, in its turn, improves clinical effectiveness in cerebrovascular diseases.
