SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Embodiments may allow a user to pre-authorize a certain amount to a member of his payment round by issuing a submarker generated from a token issued to the user. Member of the billing system can receive a submarker over a delivery channel (for example, via e-mail) and can use the sub-tag during purchase by providing a corresponding delivery channel identifier (for example, an e-mail address) as authentication credentials. In some embodiments, the submarker may be time-sensitive and may be valid for a period of time indicated by the user.
EFFECT: technical result is execution of transactions by a subordinate user, in particular generation of second certified data (submarker) for a slave user from first data from the main user (marker).
