Synchronization device comprises delay 1 generation unit; forming units 2, 3; unit for storing constants 6; product formation units 4, 7, 8, 13, 17, 20, 21, 24; sum generating units 5, 9, 15, 16, 18, 23, 25; unit for raising to the power "-1" 10; units for generating ratio 11, 12, 19; exponent generating unit 14; sign 22 generating unit.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption at phase synchronization by speed action criterion due to increased number of functioning modes.
