FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting device (100, 200, 300) comprising a separated lighting means with at least two thermally separated sub-devices (104, 106, 202, 204, 206, 302). Result is achieved by the fact that each sub means comprises at least one solid-state light source (114, 212, 306) and component (118, 210, 304), adapted to control electric current or power for said at least one solid-state light source (114, 212, 306) such that sub-devices (104, 106, 202, 204, 206, 302) are individually excited on the basis of thermal conditions of each sub-facility.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the light output of the lighting device, as well as high reliability of such a lighting device.
