FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to security video surveillance systems of terrain areas adjacent to the protected facility area on the outer and inner side of the enclosure perimeter. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the technical solution is developed, which allows video surveillance of the extended section of the perimeter using one camera, replacing operation of several stationary video cameras. At the same time there is a possibility of rapid response to emergency situations by using a force response device, - rapid determination of "false" and "uncomplicated" operation of sensors, by rapid movement of the camera to triggered sensor, interrupt attempts to penetrate or damage structural elements of the security system by exposing the intruder, for example, to irritant gas. Design feature is bogie with video camera and force response device fixed on it, and moving along rail guides mounted on elements of existing enclosure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining almost complete control over a protected object by providing observation of an object without dead zones with high speed of responding to events in real time.
