FIELD: railway transport; high speed rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bogie with each of two wheels rigidly fitted on its double-arm shaft. Ends of shaft inter act with balance frame through bearing units. balance frame is hinge-coupled with over-roller platform which carries two pairs of guide rollers interacting with traction rail. Traction rail is secondary winding of linear electric motor whose primary winding is suspended from rail car. Frame of rail car rests from top on under-spring platform through springs. Each wheel rests from top of rail secured on tubular beam. EFFECT: improved reliability of track and vehicle at high running speeds. 2 cl, 2 dwg
