FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: field of use: heat power industry. TPTU steam-turbine heat-recovery plant includes a steam turbine TPT 10 heat-generating steam turbine, a heat network heated with the selected steam of the above turbine, equipped with SN 70 network pump; condenser K 20 of turbine exhaust steam, equipped with condensate pump KN 40 installed on line 30 of main condensate return to heating cycle; series-connected on cooling side surface cooler POE 90 for condensation of exhaust steam of steam ejector EG 80 creating a vacuum in said capacitor, and surface cooler POU 100 for condensation of steam from end seals of turbine; connected at high heating loads to maintain water level in K 20 line of recirculation line 300 recirculated to said coolers part of main condensate after heating in them; installed on discharge line 200 from POU 100, switch PP 400 of flow of cooling medium for its supply depending on selected mode of operation of plant in said lines 30 or 300. On recirculation line 300 there is a surface cooler of PORK 500 of recirculating condensate connected on cooling side to line 60 of water in bypass to SN 70.
EFFECT: technical results: increasing TPTU efficiency in modes with high thermal loads by reducing heat losses of recirculating flow of main condensate in condenser of turbine exhaust steam, as well as providing in specified modes of normal operation of surface coolers for condensation of exhaust steam of ejector and steam from end seals of turbine.
