FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cogeneration of heat and electric energy, water supply, utilization of industrial wastes and can be used at oil and gas industry enterprises. Installation of power supply with complex utilization of wastes of oil and gas sector includes gas generator, neutralization furnace, chimney, heat exchanger-condenser, deaerator, feed pump, water condensate tank with water condensate filter and water condensate air cooler. At the inlet of the gas generator there is a heater and a pump for feeding heavy oil residues, an air supply compressor. Waste-heat steam boiler is installed at gas generator outlet along synthesis gas path. Neutralization furnace is connected via a smoke path to the waste-heat steam boiler, the outlet steam lines of the waste-heat boiler are connected to a steam turbine, which is kinematically connected to the electric generator. Neutralization furnace and the chimney are equipped with a nozzle for supply of liquid effluents, a water condenser nozzle, a condensate discharge branch pipe, an inlet fuel branch pipe with a gas ejector and burners, and a reagent feed device. Output of flue gases of furnace-neutralization is connected to inlet of flue gases to Waste-heat steam boiler, and outlet of flue gases from boiler is connected to flue pipe. Commercial water outlet from the pipe is connected to the input of the water condensate container, in turn, the water condensate outlet from the vessel is connected to the input of the water condensate filter, and the water condensate outlet is connected to the water condensate air cooler inlet, the outlet of which is connected to the water condensate nozzle. Condensed water downstream of the heat exchanger-condenser is supplied to the deaerator input by the condensate pump, and the water outlet from the deaerator is connected to the feed pump.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing energy efficiency of the installation.
