FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an article from foamed polyurethane. Method includes a step for producing a resin composition after two months or more after obtaining a recycled composition and providing a resin composition in a vessel containing a recycled resin composition to form a mixture of resin compositions. Resin composition contains a polyol component containing one or more polyether polyols of sucrose/glycerine, an amine catalyst and a pore-forming component. Porous component includes hydrofluoroolefin and formic acid. Method also includes steps of combining a resin composition, a recycled resin composition and an isocyanate component to form a reaction mixture and unloading the reaction mixture to form an article of foamed polyurethane. Recycled resin composition is present in the mixture of resin compositions in amount of 0.1–10 wt. % in terms of the total weight of the mixture of resin compositions. Mixture of resin compositions and isocyanate component are combined in weight ratio from 0.6:1 to 1.1:1.

EFFECT: technical result is prevention of moisture infiltration and growth of mold and reduced costs for heating and cooling in insulating articles from foamed polyurethane, functioning as a seamless and maintenance-free air barrier.
