FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining volume activity of inert radioactive gases of industrial origin is based on creation of excess pressure in a Marinelli vessel. Method for measuring volumetric activity of inert radioactive gases of industrial origin, characterized in that it is based on creating excess pressure of the analyzed air using a compressor in a Marinelli vessel with volume of 3 dm3 with insert 5 mm thick from caprolon in measuring part of device and further measurement of analyzed air on stationary gamma-spectrometer unit.

EFFECT: obtaining required radionuclide composition of inert radioactive gases ejected at standard operation of reactor plant, with lower measurement limit in range from 100 to 800 Bq/m3 by separate radionuclides.
