Presented therapeutic bicycle is a means of movement, driven by muscular force of patient's legs. Substance of the invention is expressed in a set of essential features, in which the therapeutic bicycle is used for treating and rehabilitation of the vestibular apparatus, locomotor system, bone skeleton and muscle strengthening, improving the cardiovascular system, respiratory functions, ICP, spinal bifidus, autism, etc. by creating an active load for the patient.
