Device for non-surgical treatment of the musculoskeletal system contains a mounting element under a supporting insertion for the ankle or under the patient's shoes, removable means of movement and a guide with the front and with the rear sliding elements on which the front and rear fasteners are located for connection with the means of active verticalization of people with disabilities. Mounting element is made of component parts connected in the ankle area by a hinge with a locking mechanism and has the shape of a left or right shoe. Removable drum set is installed on one of the front sliding elements.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to ensure maximum patient safety when the patient is moving over ice on skates or on a hard surface on roller skates and when playing hockey or football, basketball, and other games.
