FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: voltage is measured at input of low voltage of power transformer of transformer substation on the side of low voltage and voltage buses in low-voltage power transmission lines passing from transformer substation behind switching devices of each outgoing power transmission line on the side of consumers of these lines, voltage disappearance is recorded on the side of the low-voltage busbars of the transformer substation and the voltage in low-voltage power lines leaving the transformer substation behind switching devices of each outgoing power transmission line on the side of consumers of these power transmission lines, disconnecting switching devices in low-voltage power transmission lines coming from transformer substation, thus blocking possibility of reverse transformation, presence of voltage on the side of low-voltage busbars of the transformer substation and voltage in the outgoing from the transformer substation power lines of low voltage is controlled by switching devices of each outgoing power line on the side of consumers of these power transmission lines and if it appears on the side of any outgoing power transmission line on the side of consumers of this power transmission line in absence of it from side of low-voltage buses of transformer substation, then fact of unauthorized supply of voltage to this power transmission line is registered on the side of consumers and in this case signaling the unauthorized supply of voltage to the low-voltage power transmission lines coming from the transformer substation on the consumers side with indication of a specific line, in which voltage is supplied, by transmitting information to electric power network control dispatcher and displaying information in place.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of safety of electrical networks servicing.
