FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for producing rigid foamed polyurethane with low flammability. Composition contains 50.0–55.0 pts. wt. of polyether polyol with molecular weight 4000, 80.0–100.0 pts. wt. of oxypropylated pentaerythritol ether of methylphosphonic acid, 5.0–15.0 pts. wt. of basic copper phosphate, 50.0 pts. wt. of melamine polyphosphate or ammonium polyphosphate, 67.5–86.5 pts. wt. of polyisocyanate 1.0–2.0 pts. wt. of water, 0.8–1.0 pts. wt. of dimethylethanolamine and 0.8–1.0 pts. wt. of 10 wt% solution of tin dibutyl dilaurate in white spirit.
EFFECT: obtained rigid foamed polyurethanes have high compression strength and reduced heat conductivity, as well as a stable complex of properties for a long time, and can be used in making heat-insulating materials used in construction, vehicles, etc.
