FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, particularly, to methods of determining parameters of two-terminal networks. Essence of the method consists in conducting three measurement steps. On the first and second measurement steps, a constant voltage jump E0 is transmitted to the investigated two-terminal networks, the value of which is known, and after completion of the transient process, voltage values U1 and U2 are determined on the basis of reference elements – resistor R0 and capacitor C01, which are alternately connected to measuring circuit. Third stage of measurements is carried out based on reference capacitor C02 and measuring circuit made on the basis of operational amplifier. In amplifier inverting input circuit includes reference capacitor, and negative feedback circuit is measured two-terminal network, to which DC voltage jump E0 is fed and instantaneous values of voltages u3(t1) are determined, at fixed moments of time t1, and t2, not exceeding duration of transient process in measuring circuit. Parameters of the two two-terminal network are determined based on the results of four voltage measurements.

EFFECT: shorter time and number of measurements carried out during the transient process by performing a part of measurements after completion of the transient process.
