FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves smelting of steel melt containing wt. %: C 0.1 to < 0.3; Mn 4 to < 8; Al > 1 to 2.9; P < 0.05; S < 0.05; N < 0.02; iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest, with alloying if necessary with at least one element of (wt. %): Si 0.05 to 0.7; Cr 0.1 to 3; Mo 0.01 to 0.9 Ti 0.005 to 0.3; B 0.0005 to 0.01 by means of a blast or arc process optionally with vacuum treatment of melt, casting the melt to obtain a pre-strip, heating pre-strip to 1050–1250 °C or using the temperature from the heat of casting, hot rolling the pre-strip to obtain a strip with thickness of 12–0.8 mm, at a final rolling temperature of 1050–800 °C, hot-rolled strip winding at temperature from more than 200 to 800 °C, strip etching, annealing in continuous or pack process unit at temperature of 540 °C–840 °C and duration from 1 min to 48 h, strip rolling at room or high temperature in one or several passes and, as an option, zinc-plated steel strip.
EFFECT: invention relates to a method of producing heavy-duty steel strip with TRIP/TWIP-effect for improving properties during further processing, in particular, good combination of strength and deformation properties, high resistance to breakage, hydrogen embrittlement and liquid metal embrittlement.
