FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible-rolled flat steel products out of high-strength manganese-containing steel. Disclosed is a flexible-rolled flat steel product obtained from high-strength manganese-containing steel, with the following chemical composition, wt%: C 0.005–0.6; Mn 4–10; Al 0.005–4; Si 0.005–2; B 0.0001–0.05; P 0.001–0.2; S to 0.05; N 0.001–0.3; wherein the residue is iron and inevitable steel-attendant elements, with alloying as an option by means of Cr at its content of 0.1–4. Disclosed also is a method of producing said flexible-rolled flat steel product and use of said product.

EFFECT: proposed flexible-rolled flat steel product has good combination of properties in terms of strength, expansion and deformation, as well as good welding ability.
