FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil industry and can be used in development of heavy oil or bitumen field with control of heat carrier injection into well. Proposed method comprises construction of upper pressure well and lower production well with horizontal sections arranged one above the other. Heat carrier is pumped through horizontal injection well with formation heating, creation of steam chamber and extraction of products through horizontal production well. Thermograms of the steam chamber are taken, the state of its heating is analysed for uniformity of heating and the presence of temperature peaks and taking into account the obtained thermograms uniform heating of the steam chamber is performed by changing the heating zones. During construction of wells their horizontal sections are equipped with filters. At the mouth of the injection well, the pipe string for heat carrier pumping is equipped with a device including a housing with a longitudinal channel and an outlet initial hole. Outlet holes of the pipe string, the end of which is made in the form of open end of the pipe string, are placed in the filter, breaking it into the initial and final heating zones so that the heat carrier breakthrough into the production well is prevented through the more heated zone. Heat carrier supply is controlled depending on the thermogram of steam chamber, which is picked up in production well. At that pumping of heat carrier into the formation is performed through one pipe string to both zones of formation warming, and adjustment is performed by hollow plunger lowered from the mouth, which is located after lowering against outlet hole of the device. Longitudinal channel of the housing of the device is made stepped with narrowing from the wellhead, and the plunger - with internal destructible excess pressure membrane and stepped outside surface for the channel of the housing with possibility of overlapping the output initial hole. At that, heat carrier supply is controlled by discharge from plunger mouth shutting off heat carrier supply through outlet initial hole and after pressure destruction by membrane communicating outlet end hole with mouth for steam injection into final zone. In order to resume steam pumping into both zones, a piston is extracted by spearhead, which opens the initial outlet hole.

EFFECT: high reliability and high efficiency of thermal effect of steam on the formation.
