FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacy and concerns a method for preparing an agent possessing antioxidant, hepatoprotective and choleretic activity. For this purpose, the vegetal material consisting of 1 mm ground vegetal composition (rosehips fruits – 30 parts, coriander fruits – 10 parts, pot marigold flowers – 25 parts, Inula rhizomes and roots – 25 parts, dandelion roots – 10 parts), is extracted twice with 70 % alcohol and twice with water at temperature of 70 °C with ratio of 1 pts. wt. of raw material : 10 pts. vol. of extragent, time of first, second and third contacts of phases makes 60 minutes, fourth contact of phases – 30 minutes. Combined water-and-alcohol extracts are filtered, evaporated, purified by separation, after-steamed and then dried in a vacuum drying apparatus.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of the range of hepatoprotective herbal medicines having more evident antioxidant, hepatoprotective and choleretic activity.
