SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of a drilling rock-destructing tool for rotary drilling of wells of large diameter with core sampling. Drilling bit includes a housing with a matrix and rock-destructing elements in the form of disks: external well-forming and internal core-forming, which are installed with possibility of rotation on axes, which are made of a bar round in cross section, pressed into a matrix. Rock disintegration disks are uniformly reinforced by the perimeter along the perimeter with PDC cutters and installed on the axes, each of which has the shape of an equilateral polygon with the number of sides equal to the number of core-forming and well-forming disks.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing resource and expansion of application area of core drilling rock-destructing tool at rotary drilling.
