SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of a drilling rock-destructing tool for rotary drilling of wells. Drilling bit includes a housing with a matrix and rock-breaking round PDC-type cutters installed in the matrix with possibility of rotation around its axis. Incisors are divided into internal core-forming and external well-forming substances. Each group of cutters is installed on axes fixed in matrix, made in form of ring, with possibility of rotation in opposite to each other sides.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of resource of rock drilling rock-bending tool at rotary drilling.
