FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to machines for presowing seeds treatment with protective-stimulating preparations and their mixtures. Grain treatment process control system comprises an electric drive of a disk mixer placed in a preparation tank, which cavity by means of suction and discharge lines and cranes and hydraulic pump arranged in them is connected to vertical branch pipe of upper cavity of mixer of preparations with water. Side branch pipe of mixer by means of suction and discharge lines with water pump and valve is connected to water supply source. Discharge lines for preparations and water are equipped with flow sensors placed in front of inlet branch pipes of mixer, and parallel by means of installed in electric wiring unit of signaling lamps "Preparations" and "Water", arranged on panel, are connected to power supply unit of electric drive of preparations pump, equipped with signal lamp. Power supply unit by means of pumps of water and preparations and mode switch of "System" – "Setup" and "Operation" is in parallel connected to common electric wiring of the network and connected to it by means of contacts of magnetic starter KM4 and heat bimetal relay of electric drive of hydraulic water pump with signal lamp connected to it. By means of contact of magnetic starter KM4 and button with closing and opening contacts the power supply unit is connected to electric drive of disk mixer with signal lamp connected to it. System is equipped with magnetic starters of electric motors of augers of loading and unloading and installed on panel corresponding signal lamps connected to normally open contacts of thermal relays of corresponding electric mains. Invention provides expansion of functional capabilities of control system of technological process of grain treatment, which enables to promptly determine when machine is out of order, working element by luminous signal lamp corresponding to it, and on the lamps "Water", "Preparations" placed on the panel to control availability of their supply to the mixer and then as working fluid – into the grain treatment chamber.

EFFECT: use of the disclosed system provides safe operating conditions of the machine operator when grain treatment.
