FIELD: machine building; agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to chemical seed treatment devices and devices for pre-sowing preparation of seeds of various crops. Seed treatment device comprises a stationary frame, a loading device, a seed hopper, a pesticide tank, a pesticide dispenser, a treatment chamber and an unloading auger. Treatment chamber is made in the form of a drum having the shape of a truncated cone, with an axis of rotation located at an angle β to the horizontal plane. On the inner surface of the conical drum throughout its length there are radially arranged anti-skid plates with a uniform pitch. Drive of the conical drum is individual and includes a step-down reduction gear and a current frequency converter. Conical drum has an inlet channel connected to the hopper through a dispenser for feeding seeds into it, and an outlet channel for removing seeds from the drum, after which there is an inclined unloading auger with an increased calculated gap between the upper edge of the auger turn and the casing. In a particular case, the seed treatment device includes two versions of the toxic chemicals dispensers. In the first case, the dispenser consists of a pump with a controlled flow rate, which supplies a treating agent via a pipeline from a pesticide tank to spray nozzles in the cavity of the drum. In the second case, the dispenser includes a pesticide tank placed on a stand with a mechanism for adjusting the height of its location, which provides gravity feed of the pesticide with controlled flow rate through flexible pipelines with shutoff valves through needle nozzles into the cavity of the conical drum.

EFFECT: invention reduces the number of injured seeds after treatment in the plant, increases the pesticide application uniformity on the surface of individual grain particles during chemical disinfection, provides versatility of treatment of different crops and high quality of seed treatment in plants of wide range of capacities.
