FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding, in particular to laser welding of precision products of axisymmetric shape, and can be used, for example, in production of fuel equipment of diesel engines. Proposed method comprises preparation and welding. Parts are installed with possibility of axial rotation. First of them rotates together with the device for installation and fixation, the second one is pressed to the first axial force of 25…35 N and gets rotation from it due to action of friction forces at ends. Welding is performed at double turn of parts with overlapping of each other, α angle of each turn is sum (360°+α), where α angle depends on material and dimensions of parts being welded.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the welding process simplification while meeting the specified requirements.
