FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical transmissions. Drive shaft of gearbox is connected with driven shaft by several pairs of permanently engaged disc elements. One of disk elements in these pairs is installed on driving or driven shaft on controlled clutch. According to the first embodiment, the controlled coupling is equipped with a retractable retainer partially extending from the shaft into the disc element groove when the rod moves inside the shaft. According to the second embodiment, the controlled coupling is equipped with a wedging element and blocks the disk element on the shaft at rotation of this shaft relative to the gear with higher angular speed. Coupling is equipped with a retractable retainer, which when the rod is moved inside the shaft is partially pulled out either from the shaft into the seizing element groove, or from the wedging element into the shaft slot, or from one part of the wedging element into the slot of its other part. In the third embodiment, the controlled clutch is equipped with a wedging element and a pusher, which drives the wedging element into contact simultaneously with the shaft and the gear when the rod moves inside the shaft. According to the fourth embodiment, the controlled clutch is equipped with a wedging element, a carrier and a retractable retainer. Retainer is partially pulled out from the shaft into the carrier groove at movement of the rod inside the shaft. Carrier presses the wedging element simultaneously to the shaft and gear. According to the fifth embodiment, the controlled coupling is equipped with a wedging element and a control bushing which, when the rod moves inside the drive shaft, turns and causes the wedging element to contact simultaneously with this shaft and the drive gear.
EFFECT: reduced power of gearshift drive, reduced friction in control mechanism of gear shift clutches.
